The Next Step
An important step young parents need to obtain self-sufficiency is to successfully maintain employment. Members of our Young Parent Program who are ready to take this next step are assisted through the MMP and our community partners in preparing for and finding entry-level full or part time jobs.
Our corporate partners provide program participants with workplace mentors who will aid them in achieving a positive work experience. Upon completion of the program, graduates will be prepared to be positive contributors in the local economy.
