Charles has been a little league coach, served as an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts, and volunteered with Toys for Tots. The MMP gives him the opportunity to continue to work with children and families. At home, Charles and his wife enjoy the developmental milestones of their own two young children. He has a Master’s in Public Administration and is a Marine Corps veteran.

Jessica has a degree in Social Work from Southeast Missouri State University. She lives in Cape with her husband and their little boy.
